The payment of your stay has to be a 100% of the amount when making the booking and this payment will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation. If the cancellation is made 72 hours before arrival, we can offer alternative dates to use the amount already paid deducting it from the price of the new stay. Please note that we do not do refunds in cash.
